Anita, first I don't know if I can go without sugar! It is so true though that we all want some kind of approval and recognition. I suppose part of that is (in my case anyway) that we hope to leave having made a difference.KarenaArt by Karena
I would love to have the guts to go sugar free. Alas, sugar and caffeine have been my vices since college. I've gone off one or the other at different times, but always come crawling back when stress, headaches, or boredom strike. I'm watching Top Chef: Just Desserts just now, too. I keep staring at the candy dishes behind the people in each shot. I think I need a 12-step program.
I can't go a day without a coke. No sugar would absolutely kill me. Good for you to do it.
always a good thing to do. and one i have done several times. but now i just don't eat the bad sugar and keep it all to a minimum. i have chocolate virtually every day. and wine. good luck.xo
I love to hear your thoughts!
