Coming Soon From Assouline

American Beauty

"Photographed by Vogue alumna Claiborne Swanson Frank, American Beauty features over 100 portraits of quintessentially American women such as Lily Aldridge, Solange Knowles, and Jenna Lyons—each of whom possesses an original blend of grit, grace, glamour, and gravitas that echo far beyond the pages of this oversize hardcover."

Dior 3-book set

"The pinnacle of French haute couture and savoir faire, the house of Dior is one of the world’s most celebrated luxury brands. In three retrospective volumes presented in a collectible slipcase, Dior captures the most enduring images from each decade of the brand’s rich history. Immortalizing Dior Fashion, Jewelry, and Perfume, this addition to Assouline’s Mémoire series presents an objet as chic as its subject."

The Light of Venice

"In this spectacular addition to Assouline’s acclaimed series featuring Jean-Michel Berts’s ethereal black-and-white images, The Light of Venice reveals La Serenissima’s magnificent architecture and myriad bridges at dawn, when this sublime city is shrouded in misty solitude."

Pioneers of the Possible

"Honoring 20 of the world's most inspiring women, Pioneers of the Possible profiles leading female figures of the past century through today, including Martha Graham, Simone de Beauvoir, Frida Kahlo, and Zaha Hadid. This beautiful collection shines a light on their collective fearless spirit and encourages today's women toward greater, deeper lives."

I don't know about you, but I don't think the kindle, or nook, or laptop, or digital anything can replace a huge, beautifully photographed book.  Thank you, Assouline for continuing with your mission.

  1. Agreed! Nothing tops a great coffee table photographic book. I'm also going to have to add some of these to my collection.
