Italian designer Vionnet designed this stunner of a dress for Madonna's appearance at the 68th Venice Film Festival.
Madonna's premier at the film festival was to promote her directorial début of W.E.
She reportedly said that the film is about a "woman's journey." I guess she knows a thing or two about that.
Damn, she doesn't look half bad ;)
ReplyDeleteLovely and glam, Alcira

"I guess she knows a thing or two about that." Anita you cracked me up. Yes indeed bet she does & looks fine too!
ReplyDeleteLove this softer look for her. It makes her look more youthful, along with her surgeon : )
ReplyDeleteHer sunglasses are also very cool - reminiscent of her early years. She is so beautiful and that dress is awesome. Who doesn't love butterflies?
ReplyDeleteSo funny - I thought the exact same thing when I saw this shot over the weekend. I think she looks lovely and the dress was an inspired choice - very Wallis! I guess Vionnet's choice to move to Milan is turning out to be a good one.
ReplyDeleteNot a huge Madonna fan...but she does look sensational in this dress...it does make her look softer...at least on the outside, anyway :)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely day.
xx
Ditto- She bugs. But she looks super pretty.
ReplyDeleteLove the dress. Hate her ropey arms and old hands. And I hear the movie is ghastly! It's her vision of W+E, not the 'real' version!
ReplyDeleteI agree, lookin' good. Lookin' FAB!
