I know you're probably thinking, "good lord, she's been in Virginia WAY too long!"  and you would be right.  But if loving this house is wrong, I don't want to be right.  With some TLC and a few cans of paint, this could be the home of my dreams -- what my husband and I call our "forever home".  I came across this beauty today in my stalking of the local real estate website.

The house is circa 1760, has 2,719 finished sq. feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sits on 4 acres.  It even has a guest house/office (yum!), a small barn and a spring house.  It is exactly 11.4 miles from my shop, according to Google maps.  List price:  $649,900.

As soon as I win the lottery, and the current owners remove their things, this will be my new home.
