My family knows where to find me at 8:00 on Monday nights. I am front and center, glued to PBS' Antiques Roadshow. Everything about this show fascinates me - from the people, to the things they bring in, to the appraised values of the objects, I love it all!

Are you kidding?!? Here in KiwiLand, I'm lucky enough to see the US, British, Australian, AND New Zealand versions. Seriously, if I could have an AR channel I would be crazyhappy.
ReplyDeleteRelated question: What's with all of the British people finding Faberge in their attics?
Years ago it was the British version I originally got hooked on - I think it was even before the US version was created. We don't get anything BUT the US version now! You are so lucky!!!
ReplyDeleteNot sure about the Faberge -- my question is, why didn't any of my ancestors purchase cool shit for their homes (like that art nouveau candelabra?!)
